My goal is to help you train for what life throws at you, whether that's jogging to catch a bus, climbing stairs, keeping up with grandkids, or going on active pursuits.”

The 55+ program is suitable for clients with a wide range of abilities and exercise experience; Paula strives to bring accessible, creative, and fun modifications to functional exercises that will increase strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
