Meet your Coach

Margaret has several years of nutrition coaching experience; she has worked with everyone from new parents who need help with planning and taking care of themselves, to the new CrossFit athlete looking to overhaul their daily eating habits, to the seasoned exerciser that has specific performance goals in mind.

She loves to help people simplify their food intake, learn to plan ahead, and understand what their version of balance means.

What does the Nutrition Coaching Program entail?

Step 1: Establish your nutrition baseline; what are you hoping to achieve? What are your current daily habits?

Step 2: Identify where we can make the most impact, and what methods of tracking progress are best for you.

Step 3: Build confidence and consistency in your choices over the course of the 3 months, and make adjustments as needed. We’ll check in weekly to ensure accountability and to talk through any struggles or issues you may be facing.

Nutrition Coaching Options

  • Lifestyle

    You’ve got the exercise part down pat, but you struggle a little bit with nutrition; what and how to eat is still confusing to you and you need some guidance. You’re interested in learning more about your food and what needs to change for you to get healthier.

    3 month minimum commitment; $175/month

    Food journaling, learning to track your food, macros if appropriate, daily access to Margaret between 8 am to 5 pm for any guidance needed, weekly 30 min check ins over the course of the 3 months

  • Performance

    You are the type of athlete who wants to push yourself to see what you are capable of, and you understand that nutrition is a key factor. You aren’t quite sure what you need to do, but want to understand what and how to eat to capitalize upon your performance in the gym.

    3 month minimum commitment; $175/month

    Daily macronutrient goals, daily access to Margaret between 8 am to 5 pm for any guidance needed, weekly 30 min check ins over the course of the 3 months

  • Single Session

    You feel like you have a good grip on your nutrition and daily habits, you just have a few questions you want to ask so you’re moving in the right direction!

    30 minute session: $40.00

    1 hr session: $80.00

    Macro targets if appropriate, can schedule a follow up session if needed
