How we do it:
Each CrossFit class is coach led; they will take you through a guided warm up, a strength piece, and the Workout of the Day during each one-hour class. Strength work varies from different barbell movements to bodyweight strength development. The workout of the day, or the “Metcon”, is designed with a specific intent or stimulus and is different each day you come in.

How do I get started?
Regardless of your experience level, we want you to come in to the gym for a No-Sweat Intro and chat with us first! During your Intro, we will either get you started with our Fundamentals program, or if you have previous CrossFit experience, a monthly membership.
